This service provides trustees with the ability to take advantage of the benefits of a SMSF without having to deal with the day to day administrative and compliance burden of the trustee role. We do everything for you!

This service provides the same essential items as the Basic Service and in addition to this, provides a custodial service. This service includes:

• Establishment of a Limited Power of Attorney**
• Organising rollovers from existing super plans (if applicable)
• Administration and operation of the fund's bank account
• Managing the purchase and/or sale of fund assets
• Online portfolio management system
• Custodial mailing and administration services
• Processing of transactions relating to contributions, benefit payments, insurance premiums
• Preparation of paperwork relating to Eligible Termination Payments (ETPs), Tax Instalment Deductions, Reasonable Benefit Limits (RBLs), Superannuation Contributions Tax, Superannuation Surcharge
• Preparation of annual financial statements
• Lodgment of Income Tax Return with ATO
• Preparation and lodgment of Superannuation Surcharge forms
• Preparation of Annual Regulatory Return
• Annual independent audit of financial statements (organised and completed through Stanley & Williamson Chartered Accountants)
• Maintenance of member fund information
• Updates on new legislation to ensure continued compliance
• Preparation of minutes/resolutions of Trustee/Member meetings
• Review & Maintenance of the Trust Deed
• Preparation of Business Activity Statements and/or Instalment Activity Statements (as required)
• Unlimited telephone support

* All work will be quoted before engagement of services, the fees quoted are a minimum charge and assume information is received in standard format. Excess Trading Fee of $15 per trade after 30 annual trades. For Funds with unlisted assets, there will be an additional surcharge.

** Should you not wish to grant us limited power of attorney, please note there will be an additional charge of $550 incl. GST per annum.
